In my morning meditation, my intention is to simply connect with my source and allow it to change me in a fun way. I love myself into a softness, and experience my willing connection to my own Divinity sorting it all out for me. I always experience delight, and freedom, and it is very playful. It is my understanding that my Divine self understands that my mind is best kept occupied and so it gives me a show. I am enteratined, and it is interesting to me each and every day and never the same experience twice – although it is the same experience every time (freedom, groundedness, clarity, and love). The playfulness is simply my intention to let it be fun, and that’s where it goes

As a result of my powerfully clear intention and loving patience with myself, I have wonderful experiences! Visions, I suppose you could call them, complete with physical sensations etc. An awareness of here & now, coupled with a virtual reality type situation that keeps me fully engaged and focused on what is happening within. I hope I am describing it in a way that makes sense. Anyhow, I value these times a lot.
