As it’s 05:17 I really should not be paying attention to anything much at all. Well certainly not anything in the concious realm. But as sleep has eluded me tonight I took the chance to catch up on developments at H&N. As expected it is a rare delight. I’ve been living a long way from my body for far too long so hopeful H&N can assist me in harnessing a curious but v unruly mind for more positive ends. Very nice! Very simple and minimalistic! A solid first step! Like a great primer to be used before adding the desired coat of either Theravada, Mahayana, or Vajrayana.
